"I have personally witnessed how the Lord has anointed Bill with the call of the evangelist. In a recent chapel at Truett-McConnell College, Bill preached the Gospel, and we were honored to see many of our students from different walks of life come to faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
What amazes me most of Bill is that after preaching more than 1200 crusades over the course of decades of ministry, he has a fresh touch from the Lord and is more passionate about evangelism than the day he was called. Additionally, the ministry is international in scope as he travels the world sharing the Gospel. Knowing it is not financially beneficial to incorporate international crusades into his budget, he, nonetheless, uses funds entrusted to him to selflessly proclaim Christ across the world.
In a day and age that diminishes the call of the Evangelist, we need to support men such as Bill Britt whose call is so obvious and whose walk is so consistently faithful to the Lord. This generation needs to see that the Lord of the harvest still works through the personal evangelism, mass crusades, and international mission trips. If we are to see revival in our land, we need to encourage those that God has called, and we need to call out the called."
